Add Products

This guide will walk you through each product upload method, including bulk product & image upload, and single product upload, so you can add to your catalogue quickly and easily.


UPLOAD PRODUCTS IN BULK

  1. Navigate to Add New Products from the left sidebar.

  2. Download the template.

  3. Populate the file as required. Refer to ‘Preparing your Product File’ guide for more information if needed.

  4. Click Upload CSV file.

5. Drag & drop or Browse to locate and upload your populated product file.

6. You may be asked to map columns; this will ensure we have the data correctly

presented. Use the drop-down menu in each row to match the spreadsheet columns

to the correct field. As you progress with each row, the status will update.

7. Press Next.

8. In the next tab, you’ll be asked to review your products before publishing them.

9. Press Upload All Products.

10. The status of each product will update.

11. Press Done.

12. The products will be added into your catalogue as draft products.

13. Continue to the next section to bulk upload your product images.


UPLOAD IMAGES IN BULK

  1. Go to Add More Products.

  2. Then click Upload Images.

3. Drag & drop or Browse to locate and upload the images.

4. Press Upload Images.

5. The portal will automatically match images to their corresponding products and

display the results. Any unmatched images will be highlighted. These can be

removed and corrected later before being re-uploaded.

6. Press Complete Upload.

7. All images have now been uploaded successfully. If you're ready, you can now

make your products live.


ADD A SINGLE PRODUCT

  1. Navigate to Add New Products from the left sidebar.

  2. Click Add a New Product.

3. Populate the left-hand side of the page with your product details.

4. Populate the right-hand side of the page with your fulfilment and pricing.

5. You can change the status of the product - only live products will be shown to

pharmacies.

6. Optional: Preview the product before saving.

7. Save Product.
