Managing Existing Customer Connections in the Supplier Portal

The Supplier Portal allows you to efficiently manage your current Pharmx connections with pharmacies. You can update or delete existing customer connections, or send new connection requests to stores on the Manage Customers page.

In the Active Connections filter, you can update or delete the Pharmx connection with a store which you have a current Pharmx connection with.


Edit a store’s Pharmx connection

To edit a store’s Pharmx connection, click on the Action button and select “Edit”.

You can edit the connection status, account roles and account number.

Select the Save changes button.


Delete a store’s Pharmx connection

To delete a store’s Pharmx connection, click on the Action button and select “Delete”.
