There may be rare instances where you need to cancel an order Eg. A pharmacy has requested to cancel the order.
Navigate to Manage Orders from the left sidebar.
Click on the Action button (three vertical dots) of the order you wish to cancel.
Click Cancel Order.
4. The status of the order will update to 'Cancelled'.
5. Please notify the pharmacy that the order has been cancelled.
