There may be rare instances where you need to cancel an order Eg. A pharmacy has requested to cancel the order.
1. Navigate to Manage orders on the left sidebar.
2. Click the Action button (three vertical dots) of the order you wish to delete.
3. Click Cancel Order.
4. The status of the order will update to 'Cancelled'.
5. Please notify the pharmacy that the order has been cancelled.
