Adding your organisation information

This guide walks you through adding a description and key details so your business is easy to find and recognise on Pharmx.

UPDATE ORGANISATION INFO

  1. Navigate to the drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Click Workplace Settings.

  3. Enter or update your organisation details as required.

  4. Click Save Changes to save your updates.

ADD / EDIT SHIPPING & RETURNS INFORMATION

  1. Navigate to the drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Click Workplace Settings.

  3. Click Shipping & Returns on the left-hand side.

  4. Enter or update your organisation details as required.

  5. Click Save Changes to save your updates.

Field Name

Description

Minimum order value

Enter the minimum order value required for an order to be accepted. This amount is exclusive of GST.
​Example: If you enter $50, orders below $50 ex GST cannot be processed in the Pharmx marketplace.

Shipping cost

Enter the shipping fee that will be charged when an order does not meet the free shipping threshold. This amount should be inclusive of GST.
​Example: Enter $25 if a $25 inc GST shipping fee applies.

Note: If you do not enter a free shipping threshold, the shipping charge will apply to all orders.

Free shipping threshold

Enter the order value at which free shipping applies. This amount is exclusive of GST.
​Example: If you enter $200, orders of $200 or more ex GST will receive free shipping.

Shipping policy

Enter any additional information you want pharmacies to know about your shipping requirements, including minimum order values, shipping fees or free shipping conditions. This information will appear on your supplier profile.

Returns policy

Enter your returns and credit requirements, including the circumstances in which stock can be returned or credited and how pharmacies should contact you to make a request. This information will appear on your supplier profile.
